Ask Dave Woodward what the most important factor is in finding a new dream home and he'll answer in one word: “neighborhood.” That's because Birch Street Development, LLC, of which he is one of three managing partners, specializes in a particular type of development that takes unique advantage of Denver's most desirable established neighborhoods through a process known as infill.
